My application is stuck in review

Application review timelines vary by organizer. Some events receive hundreds of applications and it can take a couple of weeks to hear back, especially at the start of a new season or in the lead-up to a popular festival.

If it's been more than two weeks and you haven't heard anything, you can contact the organizer directly using the contact details on their event listing page. A polite follow-up is completely reasonable.

In the meantime, keep your vendor profile up to date and apply to other events you're interested in. You don't have to wait for one decision before exploring other options.
