I didn't receive a confirmation email
Confirmation emails sometimes land in your spam or junk folder. Check there first before requesting a new one.
If you can't find the email, go back to the sign-up page and try registering again with the same email address. The platform will prompt you to resend the confirmation if your account already exists.
Some corporate or school email addresses block automated messages. If you're using one of those, try signing up with a personal email address like Gmail or Outlook instead.
