A payment didn't go through
If your payment failed during checkout, the most common causes are an incorrect card number, an expired card, or insufficient funds. Double-check your payment details and try again.
If your card details are correct and the payment is still failing, contact your bank to make sure the transaction isn't being blocked. Some banks flag online marketplace transactions as unusual activity and require you to approve them.
