I'm not receiving booking notifications
If you're an organizer and not receiving notifications when vendors book or submit applications, start by checking your notification settings in your account. Make sure email notifications are enabled for bookings and applications.
Also check your spam folder. Notification emails can sometimes get filtered by overly aggressive spam rules. Adding our sending address to your contacts or safe senders list can help.
If you've connected email integrations like ConvertKit or Constant Contact, make sure those integrations are properly configured and not interfering with platform notifications. If the issue persists, contact our support team.
