Setting up your organization profile
Your organization profile is the first thing vendors see when they find you on Convene. It's worth taking a few minutes to fill it out completely, whether you run a weekly farmers market, an annual craft fair, or a seasonal street festival.
From your admin dashboard, go to Settings to add your organization name, tagline, address, and contact information. You can also upload a logo and write a short description of your events and what makes them worth attending.
A complete profile helps vendors decide whether your events are a good fit for their products, and gives them confidence that you're a legitimate, well-run operation.
