Managing market dates and scheduling

Market dates are the specific days your event runs. Each date can have its own vendor capacity, booth layout, and status (draft, published, or cancelled). This works the same whether you run weekly markets or one-off festivals.

To add a date, go to your market in the admin dashboard and click Add Date. Set the date, start and end time, and any notes for vendors such as load-in instructions or space limits.

Published dates are visible to vendors on the marketplace. Drafts are only visible to you. You can edit or cancel a date at any time from the market's date list.
