Approving and booking vendors
Approving an application is the first step. Once approved, the vendor still needs to complete their booking by paying the booth fee (if one is set). You can see the status of all bookings in the Bookings section of your admin dashboard.
Bookings show which vendors are confirmed for each event date, which ones have paid, and which ones still have outstanding fees. You can manually mark bookings as paid if a vendor paid you directly outside the platform.
If a vendor can't make a date after booking, you can cancel their booking from this view. The platform will notify them automatically.
