Managing vendor applications
When vendors apply to your event, their applications appear in the Applications section of your admin dashboard. Each application includes the vendor's profile, business type, and any information they submitted with their request.
You can approve, decline, or waitlist any application. Approved applications move into the booking flow. Declined applicants receive a notification so they know to look elsewhere.
Use the notes field to record your reasoning or communicate with your team. You can also filter applications by status, event date, or vendor type to stay organized during busy application periods.
