Archiving a market or organization
If an event has run its course or you need to take a season off, you can archive it rather than deleting it. Archived markets are removed from the public marketplace but all your historical data, vendor records, and booking history are preserved.
To archive a market, open it in your admin dashboard and look for the Archive option in the settings menu. You can unarchive at any time to bring it back to active status.
If you need to archive your entire organization, contact our support team. Organization archiving preserves all data and can be reversed if you return to the platform later.
