Refunds and cancellations

Cancellation and refund policies are set by each organizer. Before booking, review the event's policy on the listing page so you understand what happens if you need to cancel.

If you need to cancel a booking, do so through your vendor dashboard as early as possible. Whether you receive a refund depends on the organizer's policy and how far in advance you cancel.

If you have a billing dispute or believe you were charged incorrectly, contact the organizer first using the contact details on their event page. If you're unable to resolve the issue, reach out to Convene support for assistance.
