Understanding vendor fees and booth pricing
Booth fees are set by the organizer, not by Convene. Each event can have different pricing based on the event type, space size, or vendor category. Fees vary between a weekly farmers market and a one-day craft fair, so always check the listing before applying.
As a vendor, you'll always see the fee amount before you complete your booking. There are no hidden charges from the platform. The price shown in your cart is what you pay.
Organizers can set different pricing tiers for different booth types or vendor categories. For example, an event might charge food vendors one rate and artisans another, or offer reduced fees for returning vendors.
