How Do I Cancel and Rebook A Market Date?
Step 1: Access Your Bookings
- Log in to the vendor dashboard.
- Click My Bookings.
- Select the market date you want to cancel or rebook.
Step 2: Find the Cancel and Rebook Option
- Under the booking details, look for Cancel and Rebook This Date.
- Review any important instructions or materials for that date.
Step 3: Review the Policy
- Review the cancellation and rebooking policy shown on the page which will outline any credits you may be issued for future bookings. Please note that all booking and credits are non-refundable.
Step 4: Confirm Cancellation and Rebooking
- Review your payment details, fees, and credits.
- Click to confirm your cancellation and rebooking.
Step 5: Check Your Email
- You will receive an email confirming the cancellation.
- Any credits will be applied to your account automatically.
Step 6: View Your Credits
- Return to your dashboard to see available credits.
- You can check expiration dates and how many credits you have used.
