Vendor code of conduct
Convene is a community built on trust between vendors and organizers. All vendors using the platform are expected to represent their products honestly, treat organizers and fellow vendors with respect, and comply with the rules set by each event they attend.
Vendors who receive repeated complaints, misrepresent their products, or engage in abusive behavior toward organizers or the platform team may have their accounts suspended or permanently removed.
If you have a concern about another vendor's conduct at an event, contact the organizer directly. For platform-level concerns, reach out to our support team.
