Organizer responsibilities
Organizers who use Convene agree to communicate clearly with vendors, honor approved applications and confirmed bookings in good faith, and process refunds according to their stated cancellation policy.
Organizers are responsible for the accuracy of their event listings, including dates, times, booth fees, requirements, and load-in details. Vendors rely on this information to make decisions about applying and showing up.
If an organizer needs to cancel an event date, they should notify all confirmed vendors as early as possible through the platform. Repeated cancellations or unresolved vendor complaints may affect an organizer's standing on the platform.
