Board of health and compliance documentation

Some events require vendors to upload permits, licenses, or board of health certificates before their application can be approved. This is most common for food vendors, farmers, and producers of consumable goods. Check the event's requirements on the listing page before applying.

You can upload compliance documents from your vendor profile under Documents. Once uploaded, your documents are available for any event you apply to that requires them, so you only need to upload them once.

Keep your documents up to date. Expired permits may cause your application to be held or declined, so it's worth reviewing them at the start of each season.
