How do organizers and vendors work together?

Convene connects two types of users: organizers and vendors. Organizers set up events, publish dates, and accept vendor applications. Vendors browse those events and apply to the ones that fit their schedule and product type.

Once an organizer approves an application, the vendor can complete their booking and pay any required booth fees through the platform. Organizers receive payments directly via their connected Stripe account.

Both sides get a dashboard that shows everything relevant to them: upcoming dates, pending applications, payment history, and event details. No spreadsheets, no chasing down emails.
