How organizers review and approve applications
Applications from vendors appear in the Applications section of your admin dashboard. Each application shows the vendor's profile, product categories, and any information they submitted.
You can approve, decline, or waitlist applications individually or in bulk. Use the notes field to add internal comments about your decision. Approved applicants are moved into the booking flow and notified automatically.
Filtering options let you sort by status, event date, or vendor type so you can work through applications efficiently even during high-volume periods, like the weeks before a popular festival or the start of your market season.
