Managing your email and notification preferences

Convene sends email notifications for important updates like application status changes, booking confirmations, payment receipts, and event updates from organizers.

To adjust your email preferences, go to your account settings and look for Notifications. You can turn off certain types of notifications if you prefer to check your dashboard manually, but we recommend keeping booking and payment notifications on so you don't miss critical updates.
