How to Rebook Market Dates For Vendors
1. Access the Vendor Dashboard
- Log in to your account.
- Go to the Market Manager Dashboard and navigate to the Vendor you want to rebook.
2. View Upcoming Bookings
- Click Upcoming Bookings to see all current bookings.
3. Select the Rebook Option
- Find the booking you want to change.
- Click Rebook next to that booking.
4. Review the Rebooking Fee
- Standard rebooking fee (as of 2025) is $25 for bookings more than 7 days out.
- Fee is $50 for bookings within 7 days.
- You can adjust the fee if applying courtesy credits.
5. Enter New Dates
- Input the new requested date(s) for the vendor.
- Click Rebook to continue.
6. Confirm the Rebooking
- Confirm the rebooking action when prompted.
- An email confirmation will be sent to the vendor automatically.
7. Manage Credits
- Go to Manage Credits to view issued credits.
- Credits are automatically issued based on the fee minus any booking credit.
8. Vendor Self-Service
- Vendors can now rebook their own dates from their dashboard as well.
- The rebooking fee is applied automatically based on the date the booking was cancelled.
