Load In Instructions
Please review the load in instructions for your market date. These guidelines outline the procedures for arriving, parking, unloading your products, and setting up your booth safely and efficiently. Following these instructions will ensure a smooth and organized process for everyone involved.

Load-In Information, Setup & Parking
LOCATION
317 Cooks Rd (in the NJ Transit Parking Lot) Point Pleasant Beach, NJ, 08742
PARKING
You will be able to drive up and unload at your spot. After you have unloaded please move your car to the parking area as directed by our team.
LOAD IN starts at 7:30am
After turning onto Cooks Rd, make your first left into the NJ transit parking lot and wait at the entrance to receive further instructions from a team member. You will not be placed if you choose to come early.
Important Reminder:
This event held on pavement, stakes will not be useful. Please have at least 100 pounds of weight to hold your tent down. If you don't secure your tent with appropriate weights, you'll be required to leave without a refund. Event attendees and other vendors could be endangered by a tent that is not properly secured.
Tents and proper weights not optional, they are a requirement to participate in outdoor markets.
The Market Manager Cannot Place You Before 7:30 AM.

Please wait until 7:30 to speak with the market manager.
If you are not on-site by 8:30AM, our market manager may reassign your assigned space. We do this to avoid gaps in the setup. If you arrive after 8:40AM, we CANNOT let you set up, reschedule, or provide a refund. Vendors must have their set up complete by 9AM.
For cancellations within 24 hours of a market date please text us at 732-481-4691 with your name, business name and date/dates you need to cancel. Market Managers DO NOT receive emails when they are on site. Vendors who do not adhere to our cancellation policy, will not be booked for future dates. Please add this phone number to your contacts to avoid this outcome.
