All of our markets are held RAIN OR SHINE OR SNOW —we do not offer rescheduling or refunds for last minute cancellations. Please review our cancelation policy on your vendor dashboard if you have any questions.
Wednesday Market
- Market begins at 11:00 AM
- Load-in begins at 9:30 AM
- Vendors must be on site by 10:15 AM. After this time, your space may be reassigned to avoid gaps and ensure safe, accessible walkways for customers.

Front Entrance Access
Only vendors who have received prior permission from Fresh Markets may load in through the front entrance. If you require this accommodation, please email team@asburyfresh.com to request an access pass.

Break Down Times
- Wednesday Market: 4:00 PM
- Saturday & Sunday Markets: 5:00 PM
NO EARLY BREAKDOWNS/SLOW PACKING
- Honor the Full Market Schedule – Our agreement specifies clear breakdown times. Packing up early disrupts the experience for shoppers and vendors alike.
- Support a Thriving Marketplace – Many vendors see significant sales in the final hours, and early departures can discourage last-minute shoppers.
• • Respect the Community – A successful market relies on mutual respect among vendors, staff, and shoppers. Staying until the designated end time helps maintain a vibrant and cohesive atmosphere.
We know it’s a long day! If you’re feeling tired or restless, take a walk, explore, and meet your fellow vendors—you never know what kind of connections (and friendships) you might make. Bell Works is all about community.
If you have an emergency and need to leave early, please see the Market Manager first so they can notify vendors in your area.
Vendor Space
- Standard space: 8x10 floor area (unless special arrangements are made).
- Bring your own tables & chairs.
- No tents allowed.
🚫 Not permitted at Bell Works: helium balloons, flag banners, electronic scent vaporizers, candles, or incense.
⚡ Electricity is not guaranteed. Outlets are limited and reserved for food vendors first. To request outlet access, email team@asburyfresh.com in advance.
Facilities
- Restrooms are located in three areas on the main floor. Ask the Market Manager if you need directions. 🚽
Making Sales 💰
Creating a balanced market is very important to us—you may only sell items that were pre-approved on your application.
- Want to add new products? Email team@asburyfresh.com at least 2 days before the market to request approval.
- Selling unapproved items without permission may result in removal from the market. 😬
Food Vendors: Board of Health 🧑🍳
- You must apply for a temporary food license with the Monmouth County Board of Health (free of charge).
- Holmdel Township also requires an annual permit fee.
- Be sure to follow all BOH requirements.
