My wife and I make a series of Barbecue and hot pepper sauces that have a Southern back bone with a cosmopolitan perspective. We are veterans of the restaurant industry and are starting out on our own. Taking it one batch at a time. Our Motto is "Eat Without Prejudice". We make a Carolina Barbecue sauce based upon Mexican Enchilar, hot sauce modeled after Caribbean pepper sauce , a Western Carolina Mustard Sauce, East Carolina Vinegar Sauce, traditional Harissa Paste and a High Desert influenced "Cowboy" Pepper sauce born in the Centennial Valley of Montana.
