Spotted Horse Provisions is a disabled woman-owned business that makes sustainably-minded artisanal pantry provisions inspired by the blended heritage and world culinary travels of a woman starting over. We are committed to engaging in sustainable practices from sourcing, to production, to packaging, to reducing our overall carbon footprint. Spotted Horse Provisions celebrates NJ and PA by partnering with farmers and draws upon 4 generations of canning practices to preserve the freshest flavor possible. All of the original recipes are a blend of Welsh and Iraqi Sephardi-inspired flavors. We produce tomato sauces, jams/jellies, harissa pickled vegetables, zero-waste shrubs/vinegars, zero-waste pestos, spreads, and seasoning blends.
