Sludge

Sludge is a dry dessert mix that transforms plain Greek yogurt into indulgent treats with the taste and texture of cookie dough, cake batter, and other desserts. The product is designed to be low-calorie, high-protein, and quick to prepare while still delivering a true dessert experience.

Through sensory testing, I have found that the mixes provide rich flavor without the typical “protein” taste or chalky texture often associated with high-protein foods. Current flavors include Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough, Brownie Batter, Strawberry Cheesecake, and Banana Bread Batter.

I have not seen a product quite like this currently available in the market, and I believe it will resonate strongly with consumers due to the growing demand for convenient, high-protein foods.

I am 24 years old, and I hold a Master’s degree in Food Science and a Basic Patisserie Certification from Le Cordon Bleu London, combining scientific knowledge with professional pastry training.
