We are a small batch hot sauce maker who prioritizes flavor and then adds the heat. Truly we are looking to enhance your meals with our five sauces ranging from mild to superhot but all packed with great flavor profiles, and using the Indian spice blend Garam Masala as a signature ingredient in each sauce. HGSC is proud to be part of the supportive and close knit hot sauce community and also being a NJ maker as part of the 8% of all hot sauce companies in America which are located here in the Garden State!
