Hello Fluff

Hello Fluff is named in remembrance of my Maine Coon, Lucy, who meowed at the foot of my bed every morning and got a "Hello Fluff" and a lengthy forehead kiss in return. That's her on the logo, drawn by my younger brother. When my best friend announced she was pregnant, I knew she needed a blanket — cue Mama Castro (aka Maria, aka Mom), who taught me a basic but beautiful stitch that night. I was hooked. (Get it.) What started as crocheting baby blankets on lunch breaks in 2018 is now a full mother-daughter operation: plushies, wearables, home goods, beaded jewelry, hand-painted pots with live houseplants, and whatever we dream up off the cuff. Mama Castro brings the new ideas and keeps me grounded; I bring the witchy, nature-loving, less-than-cottagecore aesthetic and business acumen.
