I learned the basics of sewing when I was much younger. Throughout the years I made clothing for family and friends. As time went on, I started looking at YouTube sewing videos and took interest in watching people teach how to make bags. Then a friend introduced me to cork fabric.

Approximately 10 years ago, I created my first cork cellphone bags. Over the years I expanded to larger cork bags, purses and other accessories.

The cork fabric I purchase comes from Portugal. Portugal harvests the cork bark every 9-12 years. The trees remain unharmed and reproduce cork for their lifetime, up to 200 years. The cork is affixed to a backing to create cork fabric. It’s durable, light weight, stain resistant, and with wear cork becomes softer over time.

Everything I make is a unique color combination and comes with a care card.
