At Cantina Royal, we combine our Brooklyn inventiveness, rich Mexican heritage, and quality natural ingredients to make modern pantry staples for the new American table. We make bold, innovative, and delicious hot sauces with thoughtfully sourced chile peppers and ingredients from Mexico, carefully curated and lovingly Made in Brooklyn.

Born out of the old Willamsburg, Brooklyn Mexican Restaurant standby of the same name, Cantina Royal Gourmet is the brainchild of restauranteur Diana Beshara and Chef Julio MM of Mexico City, and our first foray into food products.

Thrice featured on the popular Youtube show, Hot Ones, with 100 million + views, as well as Saveur Magazine, Edible Brooklyn, and Good Day NY,  our sauces can now be found at specialty and independent stores across the globe.
