Market Managers do not receive emails while on site, so texting is the only way to ensure your message is received.

Parking Information aka “Where do I park?”:

Bell Works has permitted that all vendors must load in through the East side of the building  known as the Blue Lot or Event parking. (If you have parked and there is a lake behind your spot you are in the wrong place and will be told to move)

You may park and unload from your car or you may pull up to the designated unloading ramps for drop-off only. If you choose to unload by the ramp you must unload all your items, park, and then return to bring your items indoors via the ramp.

‼️Additional Parking Information aka how to avoid being reprimanded by Bell Works Security:

-If you block the ramp entrance, park in handicap parking, or a fire lane even temporarily you will be approached by security and your car can be towed.

- If you need to park at the main entrance of the building, you must receive prior permission from Fresh Markets by emailing team@asburyfresh.com in advance to request an access pass. If you are approved you must unload from your parking space. No vendor vehicles may pull up and unload directly in front of the building under any circumstances.

Break Down Time is 4pm [please read this carefully]

All vendors must remain at their table with their display intact until 4 pm. Early breakdown and slow packing is not permitted.

Your vendor agreement specifies clear breakdown times. Packing up early disrupts the experience for shoppers and vendors alike. Staying until the designated end time helps maintain a vibrant and cohesive atmosphere.

Fresh Markets takes pride in creating a community minded event for our vendors and shoppers. Many vendors see significant sales in the final hours, and early departures can discourage last-minute sales.

We know - it’s a long day! If you’re feeling tired or restless, take a walk, explore, and meet your fellow vendors—you never know what kind of connections (and friendships) you might make.

Please note: If you have an emergency and need to leave early, please see the Market Manager first so they can notify vendors in your area.
