We are creating a vibrant, high-quality street experience that highlights artists, makers, and local businesses. Maker vendors are invited to sell handmade goods and artisanal products. Please review the load in instructions for your market date. These guidelines outline the procedures for arriving, parking, unloading your products, and setting up your booth safely and efficiently. Following these instructions will ensure a smooth and organized process for everyone involved.

Load-In Information, Setup & Parking
Load in and Parking:
Parking for the event at the White Street Lot, which is the closest lot where the event will be taking place on Monmouth St. You will need to park and unload from your parking spot. The Check In Zone is close to The Dublin house and Amboy Bank, park as close to those landmarks as possible.
UNLOAD FROM YOUR PARKING SPOT. Do note pull up to the check in zone.
Set your GPS to White Street Parking Lot - Parking lot, White St, Red Bank, NJ 07701. Some GPS Apps will take you to “English Plaza” which is a little further than you want to be from Monmouth Street, avoid parking in English Plaza.

LOCATION
The Red Bank Arts Festival market site will be on Monmouth Street between Maple Ave and Broad St.
LOAD IN INSTRUCTIONS:
Unload from your parking space. Do not pull up on Monmouth St to unload. The market location is on the street and the entire path from the parking lot to the market is across pavement. Vendors use dollies or wagons to transport products from their vehicles to the event space. Meet our market staff at the RiverCenter tent to check in and wait for further directions to your spot. The RiverCenter Tent will be located in front of Amboy Bank - 36 Monmouth Street Red Bank, NJ 07701
Vendor load in time starts at 10:45 am
You will not be placed if you choose to come early. Please wait at the RiverCenter Tent for further instructions from an staff member.
The Market Manager Cannot Place You Before 10:45 AM. Please wait until 10:45 AM to speak with the market manager.
If you are not on-site by 11:30 AM, our market manager may reassign your assigned space. We do this to avoid gaps in the setup. If you arrive after 11:30 am, we CANNOT let you set up, reschedule, or provide a refund. Vendors must have their set up complete by 12PM.
For cancellations within 24 hours of a market date please text us at 732-481-4691 with your name, business name and date/dates you need to cancel. Market Managers DO NOT receive emails when they are on site. Vendors who do not adhere to our cancellation policy, will not be booked for future dates. Please add this phone number to your contacts to avoid this outcome.

By purchasing a space for our event, you are agreeing to our vendor code of conduct and vendor guidelines, which are designed to ensure a positive and cohesive experience for all participants
How big is my space?
The Red Bank Arts Festival is an outdoor market, each space is 10x10. Tents are required. Tables and chairs are not provided, vendors must bring their entire setup. Vendors use dollies or wagons to transport products from their vehicles to the event space. Weights required (even if the weather is clear). Weights are not optional; they are a requirement. Failure to follow these safety measures may result in being asked to leave the event without a refund. This strict protocol is in place to safeguard not only yourselves but also your fellow vendors and the attendees.
When can I break down?
The event ends at 4pm and we ask that you do not break down your display until that time. It is extremely important that you are out of the street by 4:45 pm. If you are not capable of breaking down your space within an hour, we can no longer book you for our events.
If an emergency arises and you need to leave early please speak with the market manager. We ask that you do not “slow pack”, break down your displays and/or transport any items to your car until the end of the market hours.
