What we shipped this week (April 6-April 12)
Hey everyone! Here's a quick look at what we shipped this week. A lot of this came directly from your feedback, so thank you for that.
Easier Booking Management
Bulk cancel bookings. You can now select multiple bookings and cancel them all at once, both from the main bookings page and from individual market date views. Helpful when weather hits or plans change last minute.
Vendor names on bookings. We added first and last name columns to your bookings tables and CSV exports, so you don't have to cross-reference vendor profiles to find who you're looking for.
Vendor Experience Updates
Website field is more flexible. Vendors can now enter their website without needing to type "https://" first. We handle the formatting on our end, which should cut down on validation errors during signup.
Booking cancel and rebook fix. We fixed a routing issue where vendors in multiple organizations could sometimes land on the wrong org's page after canceling or rebooking. That's sorted now.
Municipal Partnerships Page
We launched a new public-facing page for municipal partnership inquiries. If you know any local governments or community organizations interested in running markets through Convene, there's now a proper place to send them with an inquiry form built in.
Under the Hood
A handful of stability and performance improvements this week that you won't see directly, but should make things feel smoother:
- Reduced image processing overhead for faster page loads
- Better handling of upload errors so they don't interrupt your workflow
- Cleaned up noisy error alerts from automated web scanners
As always, let us know if you have questions or run into anything.
