Load In Instructions

Please review the load in instructions for your market date. These guidelines outline the procedures for arriving, parking, unloading your products, and setting up your booth safely and efficiently. Following these instructions will ensure a smooth and organized process for everyone involved.

Vendor Entrance:

 Please use the entrance on Rt 526/Trenton Lakewood Road.

LOOK FOR A WHITE FRESH MARKET A-FRAME SIGN.  IF YOU DO NOT SEE THAT SIGN - DO NOT USE THAT ENTRANCE
Park your car and Fresh Team members will be there to check you in and direct you to your space.

Load-In & Setup

Load-In Time: 6:30 AM SHARP

Do not attempt to enter before 6:30 AM.

Load-in runs 6:30 AM – 7:30 AM.


  • Late arrivals will not be refunded, rescheduled, or admitted.


  • Market Start: 9:00 AM – all setups must be fully complete by then.


  • All staff must be present at load-in to receive a lanyard (this allows you to re-enter the site if needed).


  • Anyone arriving after 7:30 AM must purchase a ticket to enter the farm.


    Important: This is an open field. Expect wind—even on clear days.


  • Secure tents with proper weights and stakes.


  • Unsafe setups will be removed without refund.


  • Minimum requirement: 200 lbs of weight per tent (10x10). More is strongly encouraged.


  • Consider securing heavy carts to your tent with bungees.



    No early breakdowns.


  • Breakdown begins at 5:00 PM. Vendors must be fully packed and off-site by 6:00 PM.

    Please respect the grounds:

  • Remove all trash from your area.

  • Do not stuff farm trash cans with cardboard—use dumpsters in the parking lot.


    General Guidelines

Finding Your Space

  • A market manager will guide you to your assigned space.


 Space Size

  • Standard vendor space: 10x10 (unless pre-arranged).

  • Vendors are responsible for their full setup.


Bathrooms 🚽

  • Located near the market site. Ask a Fresh Team member if you need directions.


Sales 💰

  • You may only sell items that were pre-approved on your application.

  • New items require written approval (email team@asburyfresh.com at least 2 days prior).

  • Unapproved items will result in removal from the event.

  • Payments:

  • Wi-Fi is limited—have offline payment options ready.

  • Bring enough cash for change.

  • No electricity—charge devices beforehand or bring a portable charger.


Extra Tips

  • Wear comfortable shoes and dress in layers.

  • Bring snacks and water—food trucks will be on-site but lines may be long.

  • Double-check your tent weights. Bring extra if possible.

  • Take time to walk the market and meet your fellow vendors—it’s all about community.
